Notice to Applicants - Two-Bedroom Waiting List Only
We currently have two separate waiting lists available for two-bedroom units: one for Crescent Properties (serving locations in Winder and Statham) and one for Innovation Properties (serving locations in Winder and Braselton). You are welcome to apply to both waiting lists or choose to apply to only one, based on your preference.
This application is open only to households that meet the occupancy standards for a two-bedroom unit.
According to the Tenant Selection and Assignment Plan (TSAP), two-bedroom units are generally appropriate for households with 2 to 4 persons, based on the following occupancy guidelines:
- No more than two persons per bedroom
- Children of the same sex will share a bedroom
- Children of opposite sex under age 5 may share a bedroom
- Adults and children will not be required to share a bedroom
- Live-in aides are allocated a separate bedroom
If your household composition does not meet the criteria for a two-bedroom unit, your application will be denied.
You may reapply when the waiting list for a bedroom size appropriate to your household opens. There is no scheduled reopening date for other bedroom sizes at this time.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions to register for the Tenant Portal. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for the registration link.
Important: You are responsible for ensuring your application remains accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility or placement.
*Exceptions may apply in accordance with the Tenant Selection and Assignment Plan, including reasonable accommodations and other HUD-compliant factors.
